Can I make changes to my order once it's been placed?

If you would like to make any changes to your order that hasn’t been collected by our courier please email support@byte-box.uk or call us at 07565371602. If your order has already shipped then unfortunately we cannot make changes to your order.

Delivery Time?

We ensure that all orders are with you within 7 working days. Please note that all our of computers are built to order.

Can I track my order?

We will provide you with a final photo of your finished computer prior to shipping! Once your computer has shipped, you will received tracking information by our courier.

Who are our couriers?

We work exclusively with DPD.

Issues

Has your item been damaged in transit?

If your computer has been damaged by the time it gets to you, please contact us ASAP. We will arrange it to be returned to us for repair.

My order hasn't arrived yet!

If your order has not arrived, please check with our courier via the tracking information provided to you. If have have further concerns, please contact us.
